¡Ü Introduction
The purpose of the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system on the
engine is to limit oxides of nitrogen (NOx) emissions. This is done
by re-directing small amounts of exhaust gases back through the
upper intake which get mixed in with the air/fuel charge. This "diluted"
air/fuel mixture (i.e., less oxygen per cubic foot) burns cooler
and hence combustion chamber temperatures are reduced, thereby lowering
NOx emissions.
- Shinhan produce the EGR Tube in EGR system and the EGR tube have
bellows which can absorb the vibration and thermal expansion caused
by engine.
- To form the bellows, it needs proper heat treatment and bellows
forming machine, Shinhan have 3 sets of heat treatment furnaces
which can heat treat in various sized tubes and we have been accumulated
numerous experiences on heat treatment. The bellows forming machine
can applicable for various size and shape tubes
-Shinhan also can produce various size and shape of housing tubes
for EGR COOLER and also R&D the tubes to meet numerous customer¡¯s
request.
